Michael DiLauro
Michael DiLauro started MCR Business Tech Solutions after more than two decades working in IT infrastructure across the Greater Pittsburgh area.
Not because the industry needed another vendor, but because the businesses he worked with needed something better. They needed a partner who picks up the phone. Who understands that when your server goes down at 7 AM on a Monday, your entire operation stops.
Over 20+years, Michael has built, maintained, and troubleshot networks for companies of every size, from five-person offices to multi-location operations. He's configured hundreds of servers, migrated thousands of mailboxes, and solved the kinds of problems that make most IT vendors shrug and say “have you tried restarting it?”
Today, MCR serves businesses across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and New Yorkwith the same hands-on philosophy: be proactive, be available, and never treat a client's problem like it's not urgent.
