Data Recovery
For complex data recovery needs beyond everyday file recovery, we partner with PITS Data Recovery, an ISO-certified lab with decades of experience recovering data from every type of storage device.
Data loss happens in ways you never expect. A hard drive that was working fine yesterday clicks and stops spinning. A power surge takes out a RAID array. Someone accidentally reformats the wrong drive. When the files on that device are critical to your business (patient records, financial data, engineering drawings, years of work) you need more than software tools and crossed fingers.
MCR Business Tech Solutions handles a wide range of IT issues for businesses in Kittanning, the Greater Pittsburgh area, and across our four-state service region. We recover accidentally deleted files, restore from backups, and fix corrupted drives as part of our regular support. But when the damage is physical, when the drive has mechanical failure, or when the data is mission-critical and the stakes are high, we refer our clients to the professionals at PITS Data Recovery.
PITS operates an ISO Certified Class 10 Cleanroom, the kind of controlled environment required to open hard drives and work on platters without introducing contamination. Their engineers handle everything from single-drive failures to complex multi-drive RAID recoveries, and they work on every major brand and device type. They have been doing this for decades, and their no-data-no-fee guarantee means you only pay if they actually recover your files.
We trust them because we have seen the results. When our clients need data recovery that goes beyond what standard IT support can accomplish, PITS is who we call.

Why PITS Data Recovery
How it works
Contact PITS
Call PITS Data Recovery directly or let MCR coordinate the referral. Describe the situation and they will guide you through the intake process.
Ship or Drop Off Your Device
PITS provides a prepaid shipping label, or you can arrange local drop-off. Your device is logged and tracked from the moment it arrives.
Free Evaluation
Engineers diagnose the issue in their ISO-certified cleanroom and provide a detailed report of what is recoverable, along with a firm quote.
Recovery & Verification
Once you approve the quote, the recovery team gets to work. You receive a file listing for verification before anything ships back.
Data Returned
Recovered files are returned on a new external drive or via secure download. If no data is recovered, you pay nothing.

Lost critical data?
Do not attempt DIY recovery on a physically damaged drive. The sooner a professional evaluates it, the better your chances of getting your files back.
